Note: These two pictures show exactly how the polishing makes the concrete brighter. The above picture the concrete is dark gray and the picture to the right has only been ground one out of eight times and it is significantly brighter.

Below: When you work with concrete you never know what you are going to get, especially when someone else pours it. Makinen Construction left us perfect concrete to work with and our floors turned out beautiful.

Below: We were allowed to show off a little on the inside floor. We added this decorative star to the middle of the floor to give the job some personality. The star is 14' from end to end, and is located in the middle of the floor to avoid vehicle traffic.
